As a key partner to several national and regional housebuilders, we are often required to identify the best partner for them to work with to deliver their section 106 affordable housing requirements.

By understanding the requirements of each Housing Association operating across central England we can identify the best housebuilder/ housing association partnership, paying consideration to stock levels in the area, relationships with the Local Authority, specification requirements and scheme viability. We then help navigate the pre-contract stage ensuring that both partners are happy with the outcome.
